Community portal site

Looking for a community portal site that will compliment a training and development site. i want a community for my customers whom are corporate training companies to advertise and share information through the community. i have found a community portal i like and am looking for a complete replicate of this, although with this one i have to pay for a liscence to run it, i wish to own it outright. looking for someone to make a copy of this site that i can own outright as it has all the features and layout i want. only exception is that this site does not allow the use of video in the site, i would like the use of video within the site so that my clients can upload videos to their profiles, allowing them to better sell their products etc. a demo of what i would like is below. demo of community site [login to view URL] administrator admin demo [login to view URL];query= user admin [login to view URL];query= i would like a copy of this site but with the added feature of being able to add video for my clients. the colours and gneral feel of it is what i looking for.
