Need Customized Goal Tracking and Community Software

I run a four-month program with people who are located across the U.S. I need a custom designed web-based community that will enable my participants to track their progress and interact with one another. Specifically, I want something that 1. they can log into online using a username and password 2. access a secure login page where they can post their semester goals, monthly goals, and access a calendar (exportable to, or works with, Google Calendar) 3. I want them to be able to create a to-do list that requires an estimate of time, that can be dragged and dropped into a calendar 4. on their login page, they should to be able to track the number of minutes they write on a daily basis and see both their own progress (as a total of minutes over time), and other participants progress in an automated table 5. there needs to be a discussion forum where they can interact with one another As the facilitator, I need to be able to view their login pages and interact with them. I also need to have the capacity to have more than one organizer. I currently use a Yuku discussion forum but I need something that will allow additional and customized functionality specific to my purposes. I have a few examples in mind that I can show whoever I end up working with. And, because I work with university professors, I need it to be easy to use and aesthetically pleasing. Warmly, Kerry Ann
