Customized e-commerce site

An e-commerce site for a car parts site that must support Bluepay payment module and paypal. **Please, I want something made from scratch. Do not use any pre-made e commerce scripts.** The software would have to support thousands of products. The part where you add products to the site must be create in a specific way that minimizes time spent adding the products. Each individual product is typically meant for a specific automobile generation (gen) which is characterized by a span of years in which the particular body style or gen was made. The site should also have the option to make different accounts for administrator access, such as an account that can view sales and mark orders as shipped, an account that can add products only, etc. There must be an account creation tool that lets you choose permissions for the site. Site must also accept templates and have easy to modify CSS. Someone working on the project must be available at all times during business hours through phone or IM to receive feedback and instructions on how to create the site.
