creloaded service module addon

I run a repair business repairing video gaming consoles. I have been doing a postal service for awhile now and need to be able to manage all these postal jobs online the hard part will be is I need it to be intergrated into creloaded (a version of oscommerce) as it is the web site that i am currently running the addon will need to collect customer details, print shipping labels, give repair quotes, collect payment, show status of job ## Deliverables features needed main service form 1. collect customer details if already registered on web site get details from creloaded db or collect details and create a new account 2. collect job details eg. brand, model, details or fualt 3. store all details to db either creloaded db or a seperate new db 4. print & emails a copy of customer details and job details, sample here [[login to view URL]][1] 5. print a shipping label in admin in creloaded need to be able to manage the repair jobs 1. set status of job eg. received, returned, working on, waiting for parts, waiting for payment 2. a manual entry field to enter parts needed and price of parts 2.5. return postage amount 3. total amount for job (quote) 3. option for customer has to check to authorise go ahead on job 4. display customer and job details 5 . print return shipping label 6. option to let customer move job from repair to sales. Simular to wishlist once job complete customer needs to be able to add the quote amount to the shopping cart to follow through with paymant 7. option to email any changes customers account 1. add a repair field 2. display jobs 3. display status of job [login to view URL], returned, working on, waiting for parts, waiting for payment 4. check box to authorize to complete job 5. parts needed and quote price 6. return postage 7. option to move job to cart to collect payment 8. email any changes eg. when customer authorises job the web site is up and running with creloaded 6.2.12 latest version i have installed a service form ment for oscom but not displaying proply this can be used as a base for this job or start fresh i also require cre seo urls to be installed already purchased a copy of creloaded pro can be uploaded to winning bidder to workon if needed
