Content Managment System(w/ shopping cart)

I would like you to design a specific content managment system, based on Nightlife Events, for [[login to view URL]][1]. Create a program which will gather end user information, for credit card purchases. When enduser logs in have access to tools which will allow them to post an event. This event is then inturn posted throughout the website, this will also allow them to upload a photograph to the server. (Photo Gallery) A Module which will allow the events to update and sort based on event dates, with thumbnails of the images. I am both a website designer, and graphic designer. I can create the pages, or images of what I would like to see and then you can simply code them. -This list will expand depending on the success of our work together, which inturn might lead to future work.
