I need a Great Programmer

Hello, I had a CMS developed for me several months ago. The CMS was written in Perl/CGI and JavaScript. It is already finished but has a few bugs in it and the programmer who developed it cannot be reached. Bugs include: insert link function doesn't work; meta information is not being saved; WYSIWYG editor does not appear at times. Right now, I need you to bid for the above bugs, if this project goes well I will hire you to enhance the CMS & add new features to it and will also need you to do some work on another site that was built entirely in Perl/CGI. I need someone who is experienced and professional and who will be around for future projects.
