Wordpress Order form by Contact form 7 + Customers account section

Hello, For my customer I’m searching good solution for this task: I created wordpress website where I using Contact form 7 like order form for making order, with plugin CFDB for saving all informations from order form to database. Now I need to add some customers section where will have each customer more informations about last order, some kind of chat for faster comunication with owner website, editable personal information (adress, name etc.) Nothing complicated only some easy custom area. Loging, log out, registration, lost password form for my website, after login customer redirect to customer administration area. In customer administration area I want have for customers this informations: 1) Dashboard - How much money spend for all orders - How much loyality points they have (must be getting some convert from spend money) - Showing some types area - Calendar with showing date which have choosing from all orders - Download invoices (select box or other form for choose one from other invoices) 2) Profile - First Name - Last Name - E-mail - Telephone number - Other contact - City - Number of house - Postal code 3) Only button for redirect to order form page in website, but must full complete contact info to the order form,because user is log in. 4) Two buttons in header this users account: Write the Review(testemonial) and second some kind of chat (only some contact form which I get this message to wordpress admin and to my email adress. In wordpress admin must be for owner website all this data show for each customers too, with possible editable it, I need in admin have possibility answering for customers message which was sended from users admin area. Because In website is possibility for ordering by phone. Second thing is muset have possibility for add this all data by wordpress admin add. So I need possibility create new customers account and possibility write all information about like new order. For now in order form I have not price, this price must have solution for add by wordpress admin to each order. By webiste owner. The same thing is for invoice, I need possibility add invoice for each customers. It possible use other system for order form, use Contact form 7 is not important. So now I’m searching good solution for make what I need by free or low cost plugin without need php and Mysql programing. Or I’m searching programator which can do this for me by low price. I need only make system, graphics will be create by me. I can offer 25 dollars for give me informations about some plugin for it and some instruction how make it by this plugin, or I can offer 75 dollars for complete working solution programing by programator. In MySQL and php language. I can offer for create completle work solution 5 days. I’m searching programator for long cooperation, I’m web developer so I have too many orders from my customer.
