Web Scraping with PHP curl XPath..

I have two site that I need to scrap jobs from and insert into a mysql database. First this WA state site. [login to view URL] I only want the jobs that have been posted in the last 3 days (then I need this changed after first scrape to the last 24 hours) From each job I need Jurisdiction = JobCity, Job Title = PositionTitle, Salary = Salary, Closing Date Description = ClosingDate, Job Description/Experience Required and Education = JobDesc, Phone = PhoneNumber, Email = EmailContact and finally URL = Website. JobCity, PositionTitle, Salary, ClosingDate, JobDesc, PhoneNumber, EmailContact and Website are the database fields to populate. Also the field JobState should be set to WA for Washington State. All would be inserted into the db jobs_in_que and into the table jobs . Also would like this site as well... [login to view URL] All jobs posted within last 24 hours or 1 day... Here I need Job Title = PositionTitle, (do not need opening date), Closing Date/Time = ClosingDate, Salary = Salary, City name - JobCity and everything under JobPosting = JobDesc.. (do not need Benefits or Supplemental Questions. Just a note. These jobs go into a the jobs_in_que database and I review all of them before I insert them into the main database that I only control. So I may have to move some things around. I would like each of these scraps fully documented as I may wish to use these formats for another site/s later, so I need to know what it does. Thank you.
