I have an online survey which consists of 30 questions. I would like to develop this online survey in Laravel 4 Framework with the following requirements. 1/ Six questions on each page. 2/ Participants can click on "Next Page" to advance to the next questions or click "Previous Page" to go back questions which have been answered. Every time they click on "Next Page", the answers will be submitted to MySQL database or click on "Previous Page", the answers will be updated in MySQL database. 2/ Participants can save and return later by being provided an access code when leave the survey incomplete. They can go back to where they left off by using the access code provided. I have an example of the survey for anyone who has been selected for this project to take a look the functionality. The project needs to be developed in Laravel 4 Framework. Thanks
