We provide you: 1. Two templates which are tableless CSS html. 2. The template will have DHTML menu items (with Submenu items) on the page. 3. The template will have a “illness specific’ dropdown on the center on the top of the templates. Your work starts below: 4. Site should be CMS enabled. Either Joomla or anything which is great for SEO. Should be able to manage pages,menus,content. The URLs should be without querystring. 5. From backend admin can add more items in the illness specific dropdown. 6. Every illness specific selection will jump to an illness specific detail page. 7. Process from the Illness specific page (like a wizard with STEPS) a. Step1:The page itself that user reads. b. Step2: The page with Contact Us details, text, Links, etc. This page might also have a contact us form (with the wording like optional) and skip directly to next step. c. Step3: At the bottom would take the user to the Admission Form page. (Forms exist already and the coding also exist for them, this will be a very small form work adjusting with the new page design.) This point need to be cookie based. That means the cookie knows the position of steps. In the future, it provides him the link from the homepage to complete the steps (if not already completed) and link him to the respective step page of respective illness. This way he need not again go first to the illness page, click for next step and next step… 8. FAQ database should be there. Where the admin can add/delete/modify the FAQ. Hence, the FAQ page for the user,shows FAQ links to the details on the same page 9. 301 redirects: a. Presently, the site exist in Joomla with non SEO friendly URLs like [login to view URL] apply 301 redirection here (see details in the attachment.) 10. Testimonials should be there. 11. Have Breadcrumbs,XMLSiteMap,User’s Sitemap. 12. We have wordpress-apply new template theme here too. Attached are details explained a bit more. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables): a)?
