Cleanse/transfer records from .txt files into MySQL database and output XML files

Hi, I'm available to work on this. Will be ready within 24 hours. I understand that the criteria for bad items is "where data x, y, z is missing". Or is there other criteria, such as for example "is not a valid email address"? Are there a lot of files, I mean there isn't 5 gigabytes to process is there? Thanks for considering my services. Hello! I have made something similiar before. Do you have DB structure for thois records, or should i create it? Also, can you tell in more details about XML generation (i.e. should script take all DB records in the XML or should it take soome parts based on user input? )
