Performance/Website Tuning Expert needed for a Web 2.0 site (on LAMP stack)

We have a Web 2.0 site built on the lamp stack. We are using Joomla as our Content Management System. We need someone who has experience with LAMP/Joomla configuration to improve the performance of the site. This would involve database tuning, web server optimization, html/css/javascript improvements and suggestions on hosting sites and hosting configurations. People with experience in web-performance improvement should submit applications stating: 1. Performance tools they are familiar with 2. Websites that they have helped improve 3. Website aspects that they have tuned before. 4. Rates ## Deliverables 1. Performance report of the site before and after tuning. 2. Best practices to be followed going forward. 3.
