We are looking for Joomla! developer for this particular project. We have limited budget. We need to create a simple custom component in Joomla! 1.7. Requirements: - Create Categories (2 levels) - Add PDF documents to those categories - Before viewing the pdf end user license "simple pop-up" user has to accept it to view the document in the front end. We need this parameter added for each pdf. If we don't add this pop-up should not come up. - Use enbed_pdf_1.8.5_(J1.6+&+J1.7).zip (attached) to view those pdf documents, all plugins prams should be available in "Add PDF document" form in the joomla backend - Use [login to view URL] (attached) to like or dislike those pdf documents - Integration with "[login to view URL]" (attached) to add comments to those pdf documents. Developer should be able to sign non-disclosure agreement regarding this project.
