Ecommerce Retail Website

Hi, Here are the requirements. Most are the standard ecommerce functionality you would find on a website. I have a few unique requirements which I will provide in detail. Any clarification please let me know. i have the site design which I will send to the winning developer. 1. Users should be able to register 2. Be able to do search by product name or product code 3. Results search should be displayed name or brand 4. Also total number of each available shown in brackets 5. Able to add/subtract to basket with running total 6. Products displayed in categories 7. Featured products on the middle of the front page 8. Scrolling banner on top with four?? products displayed at a time. 9. Ability for users to send feedback 10. Ability for site to send latest information to registered users who choose to receive the information-via texts/emails. 11. Link to facebook/twitter pages 12. Ability to review basket 13. Ability to pay receive payment online 14. Ability to comment/review a product 16. The product details should include price, product description, manufacturer, supplier, barcode and image. 17. The price should have an option for multibuy price. The option to purchase a product will initially be turned off. So the site will initially operate as a catalogue and then later on turn on the full ecommerce functionality. The database should be able to hold different suppliers for the same product. In terms of access to the site during development, I would want access so I can keep up with the development and test it as you develop it. This will ensure that any changes/mistakes are done as you develop and not wait until you have completed it. So we will need to arrange for the hosting during development. Thanks.
