Website Polishing: CSS, JavaScript, XHTML, WordPress, Small amount of Graphic DesignGRAPHICS(repost)

Hello My Friends: Buyer needs a multi-faceted small website completed. I sense that CSS, XHTML, and Javascript (ie: jquerie. thickbox, and others) already loaded, assistance are primary responsibilities of the chosen coder. I also need some help making the site more fluid- from an "inner page" standpoint- ie: page scrolling within a ? "center stage area" like opaque PNG and written content - anchored by navigation points within a category page. Some images were left off by onee of the initial coders (ie: turning a right "corner" and inverting into a left corner- simple graphic work- in mostly html/xhtml. All Flash, MySql, PHP has been completed. The primary navigation is completed. 95% of the xhtml- and css pages have been completed- but the site just isn't what I need it to be yet- so I am looking for a ? creative coder to lead me through the process collaboratively- and load a blog template within the center text area- I have multiple templates- and will choose one that we both believe is compatible. This is a finishing touches job. All copy is prepared and ready to go- after the theme is perfected will upload and move the site to a permanent dedicated address- probably a tier three on the grid. I have decided on themes- but need to make the site cohesive before rolling it out. NO cgi or shopping cart stuff here- may need so Jscript on contact info to prevent e-mail spiders from grabbing e-mails. ? Minor graphic design work remains- (some things arn't lining up - margins, float, incorrect on page sizing- ect... seems to be CSS.
