Website and Logo design for photography business RE-OPEN

This is a project re-open as the previous winning "vipmerv" [login to view URL] provided poor service and poor communication and wasted many days of my time waiting for him until midnight. I need a provider who can provide me the following requirements on time. You must deliver on the date you promised, this is very important as I am also looking for long term partner for my other web projects as well from my clients. Dealine cannot be delayed. Requirements: ------------- I need a photography website but I don't want flash in the website. Basically, I want something like this [login to view URL] - A non-flash gallery that I can specify the size and put into any page I want like [login to view URL] - The gallery should be dynamic and I could change the photos myself by using a common text file or config file - I should be able to change the text and add in extra menu on the top menu bar - I will fill in the content of each page myself but it must be easy to do so - SEO optimized More detail description: Home page --------- Almost exactly like [login to view URL], except that I want the gallery photos to be rotated instead of static until I click the button at the bottom right hand corner. And I don't like the colour scheme. Top menu bar ------------ I want to be able to change the text on the menu bar and add or delete menu and sub-menu items Any other page -------------- - I want to be able to add in the gallery myself in any page I wanted like [login to view URL] - I will fill in the content myself - I don't need a blog Logo design ----------- Detail of the logo: My company name will be 8thrainbow and I want to bring out the concept and perception of a company combining photography, art and innovation technology in one. I am thinking of having 8 rainbow colours on the logo: - first 7 rainbow colours as it is - use the 8th colour to indicate the concept of photography, art and technology innovation.
