here is link to summary of reqs [login to view URL] # I am hosting in a lamp environment linux Apache PHP my SQL 5/5 n virtuql private server # I am creating an circuit diagram builder tool for my seven-year-old son who creates circuits using a nice toy called snap circuits. You may see a prototype mockup here # requirements are... # elements in the left navigation can be dragged and dropped from the left navigation to the Circuit board # Elements are never removed from the left navigation the act of drag and dropping simply drags a copy # Elements on the circuit board always show 'snap-to-grid-'behavior # Elements on the Circuit boardcan be rotated 90° clockwise with each click # Elements cannot be resized # top layer element is alwaws last element clicked see here # The diagram will be saved so that it may be edited at a later date # Elements can be selected and deleted # Elements can be grouped and dragged as a group or delete it as a group # reset button: clears the board and you can start over # there are approximately 40 elements and doll which I will provide for you before the project begins for development purposes I have listed only 4 elements # automatically save as you go along but have save button anyway # one point per element will be chosen at the point that must align on an intersection of gridlines. I know where that point should be good but I do not know how to market in the image ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law.
