Add a simple Feature to my Website

THIS IS AN URGENT PROJECT - Leading to a lot more work. I am looking for a programmer that can add a simple feature to my website, this will include adding a few data fields to my Database and add functionality to the feature. I have a modeling website and this new feature will allow members of my website to show they have worked with other members of the website. They will be able to click on a members profile and have the option to say they have worked with that member, they will be able to leave a comment and star rating. I have added to my website a full discription of how this feature will work. All template layouts have already been done. Serious programmers can just ask me for the web address to see more details. Full payment will be put into eskrew at the start of project and paid on successfull completion. This project is Urgent and I need it done immediately. I will need someone that speaks English, good communications we must be able to speak via MSN. Programmers should be able to complete this project in only a few hours (at most). I have a lot more work for the right person / programmer. My site is writen in PHP, HTML and Javascript
