I am looking for someone to develop an SMS gateway software which connects to Mobile Operator's SMSC through SMPP protocol to send and receive SMS messages to and from a database. It could be developing a new application using SMPP protocol and APIs or it could be recommending an existing SMS Gateway software, installing it and configuring it. There are two components for this project. One component is the SMS gateway software which reads all messages to be sent from a database table (mysql) and all messages retrieved from mobile operators are stored in an incoming message table. The second component will be developed by ourself which will respond to incoming messages, grab data from our database, compose an SMS and put it in the outgoing sms folder. Only those with past experience should apply for this.
