**PROJECT DESCRIPTION:** Basically, we need a GroupWare/Intranet/Collaboration framework, similar to phpGroupware but designed in n-tier model, with Java Server Lets (J2EE) instead of php. It must integrate the following modules: - Site Portal with custom/templates support - Site Content Management / approval / Publication - Search engine - File Manager / File Changes Tracking - User email / Multiple Calendars / Scheduling / tasks & todo lists - User private and public addressboks & contact management - Chat / Forums / Instant Messenger - Projects Manager - User level security for all features - It can't be Open Surce, GNU, GLP, etc.. - Code must be fully documented in order to be able to modify and customize it later. **NOTE: Only bid if you already have something done, we need to see screenshots or even better a Demo. ** ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. **2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables can be installed by the buyer, but an installer and full installation instructions must be provided by seller.** b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
