Community Manager

I'm looking for an ASP.net or ASP web based script to list and manage small group meetings for my church's website. Each leader should be able to login and manage his group. Each group will have their leader's name(s), area of where they meet (not exact address), phone number, email, what they study, and what age range they target (a picture would be nice too). Visitors should be able to search based off of location and/or group type. There also needs to be administartive rights so I can manage groups incase some one goes nuts. Leaders and administrator should be able to access it from the web. The layout needs to be customizable. Let me know if you have any questions. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. But we are willing to pay this in order to ensure that we get a high quality, custom fit, user-friendly, well intergrated, long lasting, and problemless app that suits our exact needs. We are currently paying $500 a year for a service that does some of what we're looking for but is not pleasing to look at. While we wouldn't complain about paying less for the same $500 job, we want to get our money's worth out of this.
