Create a responsive wordpress theme/template for Restaurant

*** This is an URGENT requirement *** First thing, we're looking for longterm development partners and someone who is trust worthy and can confidently say they can finish the project with any types of complexities either by using their experience or learning on the project.I'm looking for a expert PHP developer who can write code from scratch to design, desired functionality. This is for a product. I've an initial product in mind and I'll have enhancements coming up and also change requests. This project is going to go for atleast an year till I take the development into my hands. Intially to start with, I need someone to understand my requirements in details. Jobspec: *The team* We're a brand new tech team with 1 full-time and 1 part-time staff. You will be the first full-time frontend and backend developer hire initially the team may grow going forward. It is a challenge to grow the business online but we are doing things right and we’d be pleased if we're joined by someone who is a solution provider in this adventure in helping us become successfuly. The rewards will be shared for sure. * Required Skills* * Atleast 5 years experience in HTML5, CSS, builing 100% responsive themes * Good knowledge of OOP design patterns * Good understanding of the LAMP stack * Good understanding of version control, we use git * REST APIs – consuming and writing * Experience with PHP Frameworks * Can convert the PHP code into Wordpress template * Experience with TDD, preferably PHPUnit * mySQL database * Build an 100% responsive theme/template * Strong communication skills * Can provide daily updates *****Strong desire to finish on time and within budget.
