Blackberry PIN Sharing Social Network

I require a web developer to create a Blackberry PIN Sharing/PIN Exchange social network similar to [login to view URL] I've made a quick design in Photoshop that can be used as the template which has been attached. The very basic functions of the site are: - Allow new users to sign up, (Blackberry PIN must be a required field) the user will then have their own profile page with some basic info such as gender, age and location as well as a profile picture. -Allow both members and guests to search for registered users in their [login to view URL] a gender filter. -Basic privacy settings:Users must be able to choose weather they would like their Blackberry PIN displaying to all signed up users otherwise they must be sent a contact request which they can then Confirm or Reject and then the PIN would only be displayed if they confirmed the request.
