Search engine submission jobs (multiple)

We are Australian web site developers requiring to outsource the search engine submission tasks on some jobs. We wish to use these services on an ongoing basis. All will be via rent-a-coder for payment management. We want a quote on the current task which is a site with 10 pages in the web site. Provided the job is done to our satisfactiohn, we expect to use the winner of this bid reasonably regularly. CURRENT Job as per deliverables list attached. seach engine submissions and position reporting. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION WE REQUIRE With your quote 1. Indicate the software application brand you will use 2. How many search engines, directories and link lists that you have in the database of your particular software. Quantity in each category please. 3. Does your software automatically extract page title, keywords, and description from the pages. (On some future tasks that info can be gained directly from the web site main URLs we submit to you.) 4. What Australian search engines and directories etc, does your application include. 5. what is your hourly rate for any other web page coding work that we may wish to have you do from time to time. 6. What experience have you to help us get top spots on search engines for our clients. 7. your preferred time frames and notice periods when we are requesting future work. We are prepared to be flexible most of the time. ## Deliverables Deliverables as detailed above Web site with a total of 10 pages to be submitted, each have keywords and description meta tags added to them already. No web site work to be done, just submision. At your request and in a format of your selection (Excel or Word are our preferred choices) We will provide category, topic, contact emails, contact names, keyword lists, page descriptions and any other standard information you require. Prior to submission; 1. We require analysis to determine which sites already have listing of the main URL. 2. We require analysis with keywords that we specify, to show the current ranking on the major search engines. We want all pages submitted as individual pages as each covers a different group of their product range. We want submissions to a maximum number of search engines, directories and link lists - world wide. Search engines must also include Australian search engines and directories etc Following submission; 1. We expect a report on the submissions that failed and generally expect the coder to resubmit as required until submission accepted by all sites. We are reasonable about issues with sites that are off line or up for repair. Sites that are temporarily off line will need to be submited when they are up again. 2. After 30 days we require search engine analysis to verify which search engines have taken up the lsiting. 3. We then require search engine analysis using keywords to show the new listings have been taken up by the search engines etc and their relative rankings. ## Platform Web page - search engine submission Platform Not applicable. ## Deadline information Submissions to be completed within 7 days of being awarded the task. Initial reports to be provided within 8 days.(as per specification of tasks) Final reports that are specified as being after 30 days must be completed and forwarded to us prior to 37 days from being awaded the task. We are prepared to pay after we receive the initial reports and verify ourselves that submission has occured. We will trust you to complete the task in the appropriate time frame.
