Researcher to search public web sites in USA gathering EFT information.

I want to hire a researcher to search USA web sites gathering (EFT) Electronic Funds Transfer information that is made publically available. When the information is found then you will place the document into my repository (wiki). I will train you to do this, but you must be good at the following: * Ability to effectively search USA web sites using Google. * Reviewing the documents for the specific information I need (see below). * Good organizational skills. We are dealing with hundreds of documents. It would be nice if you also had the following skills: * Wiki experience * Ability to do basic editing of an XML file * Advanced searching skills using advanced techniques. Usually in Google.
