OSCommerce/CRELoaded Module - Limit Payment Options

Looking for someone to develop and install a checkout module for our CRELoaded B2B 6.2 site. The site hasn't gone live yet. The module will function as follows: When checking out, there will be a checkbox to indicate a dropship. If the box is checked: 1. Payment method will be limited to one payment method only (credit card) 2. Dropship fee will be added to order total (can indicate fee amount and whether per item or per order in admin module) 3. Shipping fee calculated and displayed 4. Will send the fact it was a dropship to admin (maybe via a custom field) If the box is NOT checked: 1. Payment method will show all payment modules selected in Admin 2. No extra fee 3. Shipping fee shows with the word "Estimated" next to fee, and notice that the actual shipping will be determined once processed. This will be in PHP and must work with CRELoaded B2B 6.2. Should be installed and ready to run within two weeks. The coder is also responsible for installing the module (login information provided after bid accepted). ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform PHP
