Need, I believe,? 3 pages built and database.? The first page will request information in? 6 paragraph form fields,? request selection of product(s) to purchase in 3 additional radio button formats, one additional radio button to accept Service Agreement, and then whether they want to pay with cc or check. The second page will request appropriate fields to fill out for selected payment and total cost of services selected from the first page.? These fields will not be coded for electronic processing at this time.? Unless, if I provided that coding documentation, it would not cost a lot more to complete.? Perhaps, if you can, price for no electronic cc processing, and without electronic processing.? On the check side, no electronic is needed at all.? There will be links needed to help customers with ?'s along the way.? Such as, What is Routing Number, Where do I find it.?
