I need a webcam studio manager in a country where models could be hired for $1000 a month

I am looking for a webcam studio manager. I don't care what country I set it up in as long as it is legal and $1000 USD a month for the models would be considered a good job and they wouldn't quit very often. The models would need to know a little english as well. IF you bid please bid the amount you would want to be paid monthly to manage this studio. That means you would be in charge of hiring and firing new girls along with fixing any computer problems the girls have. Bids without long explanations of why they are the right candidate and why their location is a good place for a webcam studio will not be considered. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
