Develop module for ModernBill sw to handle domains registration on hostmaster

We are looking for an experienced PHP developer with good XML working knowledge. Coder should speak fluent English. An extension/module for ModernBill should be developed. PLEASE LOOK AT ATTACHED ZIP for example source code of a whole modernbill module that does what we want into this project but into another registaar. The extension should make possible the registration of greek domain names on greek hostmaster, this is done by using the secure EPP (Extensible Provisioning Protocol) - just standard XML requests/responses are exchanged over HTTPS. The full set of XML files required for communication with the EPP server will be provided. These are a total of 56 XML files (requests and responses) that implement the required functionality. Request/responses are exchanged over HTTPS based on those XML files. Document with instructions on usage (for example 'hello' should be sent first and a cookie is received etc.) will also will provided. The module should make possible the full management of these domains through the ModernBill system. The MBAPI (ModernBill API) can be used for the development: [login to view URL] Sofware will be fully tested in a dedicated testing server (apache) that we will provide. There is also a testing EPP server provided from the hostmaster for testing the XML exchange - all commands and the whole process will be first tested on testing site and afterwards the production installation and production EPP server will be in use. Please contact me about any questions. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
