Designing website from proprietary script

Greeting gentleman/ladies i have bought classified script of craigslist clone. it have default view and design that i want to change. i would like the overall page feel & ui design look exactly like this website [login to view URL] i think some tweak and mod need to be done on the script as is i also need it to install to server hosting and ready to publish ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables): a)?
