Dating Site Billing System

We purchased dating software known as AEdating, the source is not encrypted. We need to have the system modified and a custom payment gateway designed. It currently has a billing system but it is not upto par for our needs. We need it to Batch Bill each day and automatically change non-paid memberships to the standard account level. Paid accounts must automatically get changed to their respective Silver, Gold and Platinum Membership levels. Monthly, Quarterly, Semi-Annual and Annual must all be supported. It also needs to support one time payments for speed dating events and support any other normal functionality of the system that has to do with purchases. This is a PHP project, security is a must utilizing mcrypt library for CC encryption, must support CVV2 verification and AVS (Address verification), There is some example gateway mods such as Paypal and Authorize.net.
