Create and Install Site Replicating Script

I need to have a webpage self replicating script created and installed on my server. The script should probably be in php because my webserver is runnin on Linux. Would probably need to use Mysql as well. This script would allow a visitor who comes to my website to enter his data in the fields of a form on the webpage: First Name Last Name Email Address Phone Number Username (of their choice) The script would instantly create the webpage: <[login to view URL]> and the [login to view URL] file from the parent directory would be copied over to a new directory created on my server named after the UserName, with one html document in this directory. Additionally, if possible, after creating the new webpage, a thank you email message would be sent to the new user, notifying them of their new URL. Also, other visitors should be able to go to UserNameJohn's webpage to sign up and receive their own replicated webpage like: <[login to view URL]> and so on. In addition, and if possible, the webpage owners and the webmaster, would receive immediate notification by email whenever a new user signs up at their webpage. This email would contain the new user's data entered on the webpage form (name, email address, phone number, etc.) ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform The program will run on Linux server
