Cashback Site

Hi there. I'm just wondering if you would be interested in working on a cashback site project. I want to setup something like [[login to view URL]][1] / www.cashback-rewards.co.uk. Ideally coded in php with mysql on the back end. It needs to log user visits to the links we'll place on there, so that they can be credited with the listed cahsback. A easy system to enter new sites with the details such as url, rate of cashback in either £ / %10 of their total spend etc, page to take the payment details, which initially would just be paypal / cheque but with the option of adding others later. We'd be putting Adsense on there as well probably. I don't think we'd charge a fee that would be deducted (like quidco) as we'd make money from adsense and not paying ou the full amounts of the money we received from the users using our links. I know this is a simple run through, but just wanted to see if you were interested and if you could give a rough quote on the cost?
