Multi-Meter Reader or PC Voltmeter Reader

My project is simple. I know how to program on Visual Basic but I really dont have time for this so here is : I need to read Vols, Resistence, Capacitance from the PC. And you will ask me how ? is not possible. Well I find a Multi-Meter with PC interfarence, I havent Buy one yet, but if someone can help me with the project well I will buy it because I need it. I think you can create it, like this: When you install the Multi Meter CD ROM to the PC, well it gives some DLL and OCX well I think you can loaded on VB and well reprogramed, like reades example WATTS on my Custom Visual Basic Software, and I can convert the Units, Example.
