Simple auto start program

I would like a simple program making. The program should be able to start automatically when windows starts. Two ways of doing this: Create an inno setup file (<[login to view URL]>) Add something to a program so when it is first run it adds something. Please note I don’t just want a shortcut to the program adding to the start up folder of the start menu. This program should work on Windows 95 and above. **As this is only a small program I would like to select a coder straight away, so please say roughly what you would do and place a suitable bid amount.** The program should be written in Microsoft Visual C++ 6.0 or 2003 (standard C++ and not .Net). The deadline of 1 day to develop is flexible, please let me know when you place a bid if you need more time. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
