Jpeg Pixel Expander

Jpeg Pixel Expander..I need a program that can do a Jpeg pixel expansion... I don't want to describe the specs here...but will send u the specs if u respond to my bid request....If you have done any graphic programming, or are familiar with pixels and programming at the pixel level, I need you... If you have never worked with graphics at this detail of a level don't even respond to this project... I always give a bonus for people that do my projects...I have a special bonus for the person that can complete this project for me....You would not want to miss out on this bonus....A once in a lifetime thing...But u must be experienced in graphics and pixels....If you have created game software that is a plus....I am giving things that will push the bonus to RAc programmers to a new high...I will give u an external hard drive as a starter....and some usb memory chips as well....Does that get your attention.... It should... as well as a regular bonus in dollars paid.... I increased the bid price for people who are on the border line might take this project...Don't know what else to do to get the top guys on RAC to consider this project.... ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform win and linux....
