EQUITY PROJECT GROUP: TAPI BASED OUTBOUND VOICE MESSAGE SYSTEM

This project requires an accomplished freelance C++/VB developer experienced in TAPI, voice recording WAV file editing, and MSOUTLOOK programming experience. The system will allow voice recordings to be created and outgoing delivery of concatenated recorded messages through standard PC voice modems at scheduled times to specific telephone numbers. Experience with programmatically connecting to MSOUTLOOK to access calendar information is also required. Full project specifications will be provided to the successful bidder - requires signed NDA once bidder is selected. The developed product will be sold commercially. The successful bidder will participate in profit sharing as part of the total compensation for this project. In additional to the fee that will be provided at successful completion of the project. ## Deliverables 1) An initial prototype must be delivered** within 10 days of receiving initial specifications. 2) An ALPHA version must be delivered** within 14 days of receiving revised initial specifications. 3) A 1st BETA version must be delivered** within 14 days of receiving revised ALPHA specifications. 4) subsequent BETA versions (if necessary) must be delivered** within 14 days of receiving revised BETA specifications. 5) A GA release version 1.0 must be delivered** within 14 days of receiving final specifications. The bidder must also be prepared to participate in a version 2 release of the software within 2 months from the GA release. ** - NOTE: delivery includes thoroughly tested, fully commented source modules and executables. Weekly progress update reports are required. Complete and fully tested program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. Complete ownership and copyrights to all work completed is retained by the buyer. ## Platform WINTEL platforms (eg: WIN98, XP) only. ## Deadline information See delivery specifications above.
