Build me a new database

NOTE: YOU MUST HAVE LOTS OF GOOD FEEDBACK TO BID. YOU MUST BE EXPERIENCED AND YOU MUST BE ABLE TO BUILD PROGRAMMES/SOFTWARE TO A HIGH PROFESSIONAL STANDARD. YOUR SOFTWARE WILL BE TESTED THOROUGHLY BEFORE PAYMENT. I need a new a custom application to be created. OR a database to be designed for me to be used on Microsoft access. Background: I am looking to develop a trademark database software. The software should allow me to enter details of new trademarks (i.e. name of owner, date registered, expiry date etc.). Some trademarks will be pictures so their should be the option of inserting the image of the trademark or simply entering the text for the trademark. so for example if NIKE registered their TICK trademark... i would have to upload the nike tick sign to display the trademark along with the details of the trademark - displayed side by side. I already have a database created on access and so all data should be transferable from this database to any custom made software. - note that i will not provide any one with this database and so bulk transfers should be as easy as possible so that i could do it once the software is developed. key features that software MUST have: - data entry [login to view URL], address, and other fields, image insertion as part of these fields . - date calculation. i.e. if you type in a registration date... the programme should automatically calculate and display expiration date (which will be based on simple formula such as 10 years to the day from registration date) -date conversion. the ENGLISH date i.e. january 10 2013 should be automatically converted into the corresponding PERSIAN calender. so if i have a registered trademark dated 10/3/12 then the corresponding persian date should also be displayed. - search capability - based on key words, phrases on alll fields. also capablity such as ... find all trademark expiry due in 2013 or within next 6 months. or those expired in last 5 weeks etc. i hope i have made the information above as CLEAR as possible.
