We are a new Indo-US (headquarters-Jaipur,India) internet-based website design and software development company .We are seeking to develop a roster of Developers/Web designers to work on web site design & development projects on as needed basis. Projects involve professional web site design and development of various kinds to fulfill the needs and expectations of our clients. our clients base ranges from small to large organizations.
Projects delivery timelines/deadlines are often [login to view URL], proposer will be expected to provide full resource dedication for the period of project.
Each Proposer shall submit complete and definitive information on its offering in sufficient detail to permit a complete analysis of the proposal. Each proposal must encompass all experience in design and development of web sites. The proposal shall state a proposed all-inclusive cost to complete a web site project, with a detailed explanation of the tasks, work items and assumptions utilized in setting the proposed cost. Each proposal must include a list of fees and an explanation of those [login to view URL] need a number of people (Designers &Developers) to work part - time or more as freelancers.
Selected developers/Designers will work directly with IT staff/Management team of our company.
The web site Developers/Designers will need to strictly adhere to company’s web site development/project development process
Requirement:

You may be required to teleconference between project manager
and client. You must have high speed or wireless connection

You are paid by hours you log in work log, you will need to
fill out work orders and log entries.
Long term freelance workers preferred;
6mo - 1yr at least, indefinite
We need good designers/developers who can do it all, you will be working
