This system needs to have multiple functions as follows. 1 - Main Administrator, As many managers as reqired by setup, As many consultants as required in setup, As many clients as required by setup. 2 - Live Chat, 5 seperate Email, if possible also PC Microphone and Cam, Also abillity to switch one or all support, off or on. 3 - Unique automated number for each client support request (no username required for support) 4 - Consultants get selected either randomly, by priority, and managers by priority or department or if an over flow of calls come through, all can assist with several clients at the same time 5 - Show consultants ID, EXT, Photo on when giving Support 6 - Abbility to include Product Links, Category Links, Promotion Links, Site Links. Also if possible the abbility of displaying a link in the chat that will when clicked pop up a seperate small window beside it with a promotion image and info from a list. 7 - Abbility to display common answers by selecting from a list to display to the clients to save time on standard answers. 8 - Abbility to archive emails, chats and support issues, and also if required email the transcript to the client.
