To develop a program to parse a binary file and export the data to (Html, PDF, TXt and etc)

Hey guys My name is matt and I am working on a vb program right now but I am stuck at trying to read a dat file so I am looking for someone to help me find 20 to 25 values located in a 500 kb file. If you can find all of them for me I will pay you 50 dollars. Now just so you guys no this is not to crack a game or to make a warez. This is so I can make an add on utility to the game. Ok now let me make this project a little bit more clear. #1) this is for Madden football 2002 pc there is 1 file a franchise file ( normally 500 k or so)that keeps all the stats of the games and etc. What I want to do is by a touch of a button through a nice and user freindly windows program is click a button and it to export the stats to either a nice pdf or text file pdf prefered, and also be able to export it to html. I am looking at this time to export 4 groups of data. #1) roster #2) League standings #3) team stats (included ind stats) #4) LEague Leaders I already have a screen shot which i will upload here that has the exact layout and format i want for all 4 files. All I want from you is to set up a quick program where I can hit either html or pdf or both and it spits out that weeks stats for those 4 groups. Notice: If you can make this program extremlly smooth looking and useable. I will pay more to add more stats. lots more i.e 150 or so. P.S look at this webpage this is a fbpro 98 league and uses the stats layouts that i want [login to view URL] Look at this page and look how its layouts are if you feel you can copy thoose layouts but get the info from this .dat file then this is the job for you. Now the 4 areas I want are all listed there look at the link that says 1) standings 2) season leaders 3) team stats 4) and click any of the team names in the middle of the screen to show how i want my roster. What needs to happen is the program most look clean be very user freindly be open ended I want to add to this program at a later date. Here is a quick rundown of how I want this to work. #1) I want to develop this utility and try to sell it to the current Madden 2002 owners ( aprox 300 copies at $5) that I will split 50 50 with you. #2) I want to get all the kinks ironed out by Aug 17th when Madden 2003 comes out #3) Once madden 2003 comes out if there are an database changes I want to fix the utiltiy to work with madden 2003 and add more features. #4) Then I want to be able sell it for $10 to approx 500 to 600 people easy( thats a low number) SO thats the timetable. What I am paying the intial money for is the intial program but please do not take on this project if you are not willing to help with support on the product once it is out. Or if you dont want to see the project at least to step 4 above. ## Platform PC You can download the file attached, to see what the dat file looks like. ## Deadline information Ok 1 other thing I forgot to mention I will be selling this utility for 10 dollars and plan on selling it to roughly 300 madden players as a low number then i will split that 50 50 with the coder I hire. thats roughly 1500 dollars plus I will be updating the program and charging more as the year progresses
