Database integrated Website Ajax Developer: ASP.Net / VB.Net / SQL Server / LLBLGen Pro PLEASE DO NOT REPLY WITH EXAMPLES THAT DO NOT DEMONSTRATE AJAX....AT LEAST SOME OF YOUR WORK MUST INCLUDE DATABASE INTERACTION & AJAX (and please explicitly specify which sites use Ajax). We are looking for a developer to assist in the development of a database integrated website that utilizes Ajax extensively. The website will be Microsoft.Net based accessing SQL Server. Implementation must be in VB.Net (if your preferred language is c#, that’s ok for demonstration and samples, but actual implementation must be in VB.Net) We would prefer to use the Microsoft ASP.Net Ajax Library. The project will likely be in 4 parts: 1) Initial “default?? page template ??" a single page that utilizes the most common Ajax techniques, basically just a demonstration of how to do common web tasks using Ajax. 2) CSS definition to provide a consistent look and feel across the site 3) Fine tuning particular pages ??" Using the examples provided in #1, I will do the initial version of all the required pages for the site. After that, I will likely require help with small details on individual pages to make them work perfectly. 4) Graphic design ??" we may need some graphic design work done ??" this doesn’t have to be the same person, but if you have skills in this area or contacts with people who do, mention them in your proposal [NOT A REQUIREMENT] Previous experience (with online examples) with database enabled websites is absolutely necessary. We will be using LLBLGen Pro as the “middleware?? for this project, so any experience with that is preferred, but not necessary. If you are good, I’ll have other work for you as well (unrelated to this project).
