Cart with MS Access Editing/Upload Software

I have a program to create the database in the attached file. What I am looking for is a software program that will take the database and allow users the option to do the following: -import the data from the exisiting database(**when importing new database the previous changes a user makes should not be changed. this database may be updated daily so the software should be very stable!**) 1-Change category or subcategory of a product 2-Select which sell unit they want to use 3-Edit description 4-Select which price they would like to sell for and the ability to edit individual prices 5- Choose which categories and subcategories to upload to their website 6-Choose an "In stock" format: either 100+ or Out of Stock (if less than 100 it will be an actual value) or Yes/No 7-Upload the product data and images to a website via ftp The location of the database is C:\Program Files\SMC Website Database Creator\ The location of the images folder is C:\Program Files\SMC Website Database Creator\images (you will see the link in the database) Next, I need a nice product-based shopping cart website that is 100% editable via online control panel with the exception of the products, which will be edited via desktop software. I would like a relative database connection online for easy setup for new users. Ease of use and flexibility is the key to this project. PayPal must be used as the payment processor with IPN for redirect users after a purchase. I would like to add more payment processors in future projects.
