Annotate and markup images in ASP.NET using DHTML /Javascript layers(repost)

Project Summary: Create three ASP.NET web forms (Annotation, Annotation Management, and Annotation Viewer) and a supporting database that will manage and display images and annotations. This project allows a user to load, store, manage, and annotate images via a web browser. The images and annotations are stored in a SQL database.
