Active Directory Application

I require a simple .net application that connects to the root domain on the machine it sits on and can do the following: 1. List ad users from a search window 2. When users are found it can show the groups they are in (se points 4 and 5) 3. Create users based on an existing user (copying the OU they are in and groups) or create new users without any permissions and add groups 4. Enables groups to be searched for and added or removed from the searched for user 5. The searched for users can have their accounts enabled and disabled. The application will be run using a domain administrator account to enable rights for the above actions I would like the application written in either vb.net or c#.net using framework 1.1 or 2 This application needs to be fully error trapped and have a professional look. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Windows 2000 and above
