API Posting - Cron Job

Here is what I need. - I have a MySql Database with 2 tables which receives user data from a couple of Web Form. - I have 2 script that allows me to post this data to an API form. I need the scripts to be modified to add a cron job so that when the cron job is activated, the DB records are automatically posted to the api every few minutes. The bid is to perform this task on those two small existing scripts. But additional work will be needed. Need someone reliable for various additional tasks.
