Header and user panel design needed for existing layout

**Create a professional and visually pleasing header and user panel bar for a news/community website design. The design/layout is provided in the detailed contest description.** ## Deliverables **NOTE: I have been trying to design a good a unique header and user panel bar for my website for ages now, without success. I am therefore willing to pay someone who can do it for me. Since I am very picky with regards to quality I decided to offer this job as a contest rather than as a standard project. The best layout wins, but if no one creates something I like, no one will win.** **GENERAL GUIDELINES: ** Your job will be to design a header, and a user panel bar for this layout:<[login to view URL]> Please download the layout image, and add all your design to it. Guidelines for each design element that you are to create will be provided below. **Banner Guidelines **** **Create a professional and visually pleasing header that focuses on being clean, masculine and in dark blue gradient colours. It is vital that the header fits the general layout provided above. * The header should cover the entire width of the design. Similar to the header on <[login to view URL]>. The height of the header is up to you. <!-- --> * The company logo should be to the left of the header. Similar to<[login to view URL]>. Our company logo is only a font, which you will find here: <[login to view URL]>. <!-- --> * Logos of sponsors should be integrated into the header in a clean and natural way. Similar to<[login to view URL]> and<[login to view URL]>. Please make room for at least 4 sponsors. <!-- --> * The header should contain the main menu. It should NOT be below the header, but instead INSIDE the it, like <[login to view URL]> and<[login to view URL]>. <!-- --> * The main menu should contain the follow links in the given order: "Arkiv - Forum - Videoer - E-sport - PC - Konsoll - Webshop - Spillarena - Marked". This will put "E-sport - PC - Konsoll" in the middle of the menu. These three links should be separated and highlighted from the other links. Similar to what<[login to view URL]> have done with the links "Xbox 360, PC, PS3, Wii, 3DS, PS Vita, iPhone, Android". DO NOT copy the layout of GameSpot.com. Instead make your own version that fits the overall layout. **User Panel Bar Guidelines** Create a user panel bar in black gradient that fits the overall layout, and the design of the header you created. Please use a similar layout to what Twitter has, as shown here:<[login to view URL]> The user panel bar should be ABOVE the header, and contain the following: * Search bar - Should be centred horizontally in the user panel. <!-- --> * User account button/icon connected with a dropdown. This should be located to the far right of the design. ** ****OTHER DESCRIPTIONS: ** The design should be provided both in .PSD and .JPG format. The logo is copyrighted and must not be distributed in any way.
