Add Shadows to my images

I am in need of a long-term partner who can add and retouch photos to make them more realistic. Most photos will only need a slight ground shadow or shading, so it's by no means a challenging task. I'm not a photoshop expert but I don't expect each photo to take more than 2 minutes of work. I uploaded a typical photo that I would send over to my contractor. I only need 2 things from my contractor. 1. create a drop shadow at the bottom of the lamp to make it realistic 2. Make the bottom half of the background a darker color, so it looks like a ground The results should look as if It was never photoshopped, and instead, someone took an actual picture of the lamp. As I said, this is a long-term contract so that I will need the assistance of the contractor very frequently. We'll discuss pricing in private chat, but in general, the contractor will be paid .6-2 dollars per picture that is photoshopped. I set it to.6 dollars pictures because some of the work won't take more than 3 minutes to do, and I set the high end to 2 dollars because some will require additional furnishing
