I'm looking to hire a proficient and detail-oriented graphics designer who can convert an animated GIF into an editable HIGH RESOLUTION - PSD file and significantly modify it to resemble an attached PNG sample. Specific Tasks: 1. Repurpose the GIF into PSD Format: The first task involves converting the existing GIF into a PSD file to enable further modifications. 2. Implement Specific Changes: These modifications include changing the face shape to a bigger format and adjusting the body to a lengthier size. Furthermore, it's essential to add the text "RT1" onto the figure in the thickened Font Type "Amonos display". 3. Customise Expressive Feature: At this stage, you'll need to add a smiley face as presented in the PNG sample. The smiley feature should match the eyes in color and head shape adjustments.
