Dear client, I hope you find this proposal well. I know I'm too late to bid, but if you still looking for freelancer, please go through it once! Power is what drives everything in our PC, right from CPU, GPU, Disk drives, or any extra peripherals we might have. So we need to take proper care of this power so that it's noise free and clean. We usually have an SMPS for powering the peripherals and they come with ready to connect ports/plugs to connect to different standard ports/plugs to power the PC. But as you mention you need a separate power board to power the entire PC, we need to work on paper first. Most important thing, what's going to be the main power source? Is it really capable to drive everything? Also why are we doing this exactly? Since ready to use SMPSs are available. I'm not saying that it's not doable, rather I being a power electronics engineer and a PCB designer can very well do this, but it's better to understand the need to do this thing at the first place. I'd also make sure you dont have to search for parts/manufacturers for fabrication and will surely help you with production as well.
